This recovery culture reinforcement program contains a Coach's Toolkit complete with 52 individual recovery skill refreshers. Organizational leaders (managers/supervisors) can reinforce the recovery culture by facilitating these 20-minute recovery skill refreshers during regular weekly staff meetings.  Each Toolkit contains 52 facilitator's guides and reproducible handouts for staff members.
